In childhood, almost all of us have experienced so In childhood, almost all of us have experienced some kind of trauma physically, emotionally, or mentally. We know that our early experiences likely affect all of us to a certain extend. We all have secrets or wounds which never healed. That is the reason we see most people are more sensitive to environmental factors due to variations in psychological issues. But that doesn’t mean you can’t recover from bad childhood experiences. Yes, you really can. It’s a long hard process, full of ups and downs, high and lows but you can get over it.

Sometimes, real life events destroy our lives as:

▪️A violent assault
▪️A car accident
▪️Parental separation or divorce
▪️Domestic violence in homes
▪️Seeing your parents addicted to alcohol or drugs
▪️Child abuse
▪️Body shaming
▪️Criticism
▪️Ranging at school level

While several traumatic events are believed to have the greatest effect on long-term mental health, other stressful events that don’t necessarily meet the psychological definition of trauma but still cause problems. This might includes sudden death in the family, a stressful separation, or too much care for someone.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐄𝐗𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄?

We all are lost souls wandering across the seas trying to find the purpose we’re here to fulfill. Everyone comes into this world with a motive, a contribution they ought to do. Little or massive yet there is. No one is sent here without one. Despite the scale of your contribution, the universe is incomplete without it.

𝗜𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗨.

The creator has sent us here with a cause we’re ignorant of. All our life we see ourselves as to how others declare us, by the label we’re given by society.
(ᴛᴏ ʀᴇᴀᴅ ᴍᴏʀᴇ ᴀʙᴏᴜᴛ ᴛʜɪꜱ ʜᴇᴀᴅ ᴏᴠᴇʀ ᴛᴏ ʟɪɴᴋ ʙɪᴏ)

For years I’ve asked myself:
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗺 𝗜 ? and i say “𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄.”
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲? I say “𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄.”

To this very day, I am still unaware of it. Possibly it’s not the right time, perhaps I’m in the wrong place or maybe it’s right beside me and I’m too busy looking for it in other places.

𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑

We all are a chain. A chain in the fulfillment of the universe. Without each other, we cannot exist. No one is more dominant. Try not to see yourself any less. Know your worth. Just like others you too have a reason.

𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗧𝗢𝗢 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗔 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝗧𝗢𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗘.

Go. Go and discover yourself. Cause only when you find yourself , you will find that little contribution of yours.

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗜𝘁.

Your brain doesn’t differentiate between a real Your brain doesn’t differentiate between a real experience and the one that you imagine. However, the trick is to make your brain believe something long enough to bring it into existence. And if you accept that your brain can fool you into seeing things that aren’t there. Then, your mind is “playing tricks“ on you.

The brain is an incredible organ and has evolved to create situations of adaptability. The point is we are actually becoming slaves to our bodies.

Humans, we have become the dominant species on the planet. It’s because of our brain, we are the most intelligent creature on Earth. But are our brains playing tricks on us?

𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐀𝐋𝐈 𝐒𝐀𝐃𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐀?
Muhammad Ali Sadpara was a 45 years old Pakistani Mountaineer from Sadpara Village in Skardu. After completing FA from a government college, he started his journey for the love of mountain climbing.

𝐀𝐥𝐢 𝐒𝐚𝐝𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚 & 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬

There are 14 peaks in the world with a height of 8000 meters or above called the “Eight Thousanders“.

Sadpara’s Dream was to scale all of those 14 peaks and he successfully conquered 8 of them. He is also the 1st of the Pakistan who had conquered Nanga Parbat in the winters of 2016. While pursuing his dream, He disappeared along with two other mountaineers, Iceland’s John Snorri and Chile’s Juan Pablo Mohr, while climbing the second highest peak K2 on 5th February, 2021.

Sadpara was living his dream and also raising the green flag of Pakistan at the highest peaks of the world without moral support. He was doing something for Pakistan.

𝐁𝐔𝐓 𝐈 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐄 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒...

▪️How many of us knew about him before his disappearance?
▪️How many of us knew about his achievements?
▪️How many of us knew what he had done for Pakistan?
▪️How many of us knew that he was on a mission to summit K2 without oxygen in minus 60 degrees?

𝗜𝘀 𝗜𝘁 𝗡𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗼 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲, 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻 𝗢𝗻𝗲'𝘀 𝗢𝘄𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀?

He always deserved this recognition before getting lost in the snowy mountains. He always needed these prayers when started his mission but he was receiving those prayers now. When no one had any clue about him.

Because of Muhammad Ali Sadpara, Pakistan got big achievements in the shape of getting recognized in mountain climbing.
